GloryFry Loaded Wedges are cut from premium-grade potatoes, skin-on, for maximum texture and flavour. Each wedge is coated in our crispy seasoned shell, flash-fried and snap-frozen to lock in freshness. Bake or fry straight from frozen — 18 minutes in the oven at 220°C, or 4 minutes in the fryer at 175°C. Perfect for loading up with cheese, bacon and sour cream, or serving straight up with your favourite dip.
